Trentino is ready for SMAU Milano 2024. The largest event in Italy dedicated to matching supply and demand in the world of innovation will be held on 29 and 30 October at FieraMilanoCity. There will be several moments in which Trentino Sviluppo and Trentino companies will be protagonists:
- 5 local start-ups will present their business ideas at the booth organised by Trentino Sviluppo
- two companies from the province of Trento, Bauer and Aquafil, will be awarded the prestigious Innovation Award
- Trentino Sviluppo will participate in the round table on the agrifood supply chain
The Trentino exhibition stand and the 5 startups
Trentino Sviluppo referents will be at SMAU Milano starting from the networking evening organized on 28 October. On the following two days the 5 startups, selected by the territorial development agency through a public call, will have dedicated exhibition spaces (stand D28 and next - single pavilion), but not only. Each reality will be involved in a series of activities, meeting and networking moments, organised with the aim of maximising opportunities to meet potential customers and partners. The most significant moment will be the 90-second speed pitching that each company will have at the opening of one of the Live Shows scheduled during the fair.

Participation of Trentino Sviluppo in the round table on the agri-food supply chain
Trentino Sviluppo has been invited to take part in the round table on ‘Innovation and new forms of collaboration in the agrifood supply chain’, to be held on Wednesday 30 October from 12:00 to 14:00 at Innovation Lab 1. Andrea Silli, startup area director of Trentino Sviluppo, will sit at the table together with a dozen innovation managers from selected companies, such as Barilla, Domori, Lactalis Italia, Martino Rossi. The aim of the work is to share current innovation experiences and stimulate the start-up of new collaborations between the participants, in a logic of co-innovation.
